As a Marketing Specialist, you will have an opportunity to learn about the nexus of artificial intelligence and life sciences, while helping build our brand to help us achieve our mission to improve prediction in healthcare. Under the guidance of the head of marketing, you will coordinate and support the execution of multiple marketing channels, including paid digital marketing,content marketing, virtual events, email marketing and the website.

Role and Responsibilities

Execute multiple content projects and outbound activities in support of demand generation and thought leadership objectives.

  • Execute paid digital marketing campaigns and programs, including SEM, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic and retargeted display, and custom media.
  • Create engaging educational collateral and thought leadership content by coordinating with internal and external subject matter experts, and creative services agencies
  • Thoughtfully place our content for maximum visibility and engagement; organize it for our sales team to access easily
  • Optimize content for search engine discovery and online conversion through tactics like A/B testing and personalization
  • Plan, execute and continuously improve the monthly email newsletter program. Execute ad hoc email marketing campaigns as needed.
  • Work inside lots of tools to get stuff done, automating as much toil you can!
  • Help us plan and predict our lead generation
  • Provide regular reporting to validate goals are being met and/or exceeded
  • Other projects as assigned

Required skills/experience:

  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
  • Strong business writing and communications skills
  • Time and project management skills
  • Experience with Google Suite, project organizers like Asana
  • Experience drafting creative briefs and coordinating with creative resources for assets like brochures, advertisements, web page designs, graphics, etc.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and/or web page builders
  • Ability to influence and work cross-functionally
  • Strong attention to detail

Desired skills/experience:

  • Creative graphics experience, including use of tools like Adobe Creative Suite (PS, ID, AI, Premiere) or Canva
  • Marketing automation tools experience (Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the life sciences industry
